Weaving and manufacture
Step-by-step control from yarn to inspected fabric
Every bolt moves through four defined stages, with weft density, selvedges, and yarn tension monitored at each one.

The four stages
From yarn to finished bolt
01
Yarn sourcing and winding
Cotton and cotton-mixture yarns are wound and checked for consistency before they enter production.
02
Warp preparation
Warp yarns are prepared and set to the required length and tension so the loom starts from a stable base.
03
Loom weaving
Fabric is woven on the loom while weft density, edge selvedges, and yarn tension are monitored across each bolt.
04
Fabric inspection
Finished cloth is examined for surface defects and dimensional accuracy before it moves to packing.
Inspection and finishing
Checked yard by yard before packing
Each bolt is inspected along its full length for surface faults, weight, and edge quality. Buyer tolerances and custom woven blends are matched to the specification agreed before production begins.
Records of these checks accompany each batch so that consistency can be confirmed across repeat orders.
