Our approach

Stable tension, balanced fibers

Consistent fabric begins with consistent warp tension. We set up our looms to hold steady throughout each run, so the cloth comes off the loom even and predictable. Fiber selection follows the same discipline. We work with cotton and cotton-mixture yarns chosen for their balance, so each fabric performs as its specification describes.

Our focus is narrow by design. Weaving cotton and cotton-mixture fabric is the work we do, and we give it our full attention rather than spreading across unrelated materials.

The workshop

Daily practice at the loom

Each day in the workshop begins with checking the looms, the tools, and the yarn spools. Setup is done carefully so that the warp and weft run true before production begins. Regular maintenance of tools and equipment keeps the weaving steady over long runs. Small adjustments made early prevent problems later in the cloth.
